Agri-Extension process : This is the key process in this industry. Based on our marketing plan, a sowing plan, considering agro-climatics, logistics, etc., is worked out. Seeds of approved quality are issued to qualified out growers/Agronomist who have very good expertise in Gherkin & Vegetable farming and employ the best plant protection and post harvest technology. 

Manufacturing process : On harvest, the fresh produce is immediately processed, occassionaly when immediate processing is not possible it is stored at a controlled temperature in a cold room. The fruits are then inspected before being fed to the production process. The production process consists of culling of the fruit, to remove unacceptable fruits, machine washing, machine grading and post grading culling. The accepted fruit is then filled to the specified weight in washed bottles. Stackers & Party sticks are cut in a Urschell machine before bottle filling. Preservatives are then prepared as per customer specifications and are charged into the filled bottles. The filled bottles are then vacuum sealed in lug capping machine. These bottles undergo the process of pasteurization and are labeled accordingly. The preservation process is monitored and controlled depending on the media. Bottles are then checked for adequacy of vacuum and accepted bottles are date coded before being packed into cartons. The final product is inspected by our Quality Assurance dept. before shipment.
